Bibliographic support

We believe in giving our customers the maximum choice of the best current titles. We also work hard to make this affordable, and we undertake to ensure that books we sell are authorized for copyright purposes in the markets to which we sell them. So bibliographic support is a key feature of our service.

In particular - we provide bibliographic support (the production of specialised subject bibliographies) as a free service to active customers. Please contact enquiries@malloryint.co.uk.

Some of these bibliographies are available on this website by visiting the Downloads section (for registered users only).

Additionally, we have negotiated special prices from publishers for key titles in our core markets. These are included in Mallory Low-Priced Editions, our core listing for student texts, which contains over 1,000 such titles. These prices apply to most markets in Sub-Saharan Africa, excluding South Africa, but we may be able to negotiate similar arrangements for customers in other markets, where orders are substantial.

What our customers are saying...

‘A personal touch… and completely professional’

Braeburn Schools are a growing group of international schools in Kenya. As the schools in the group all follow the British curriculum, we buy the majority of our books and education equipment from UK.

As a resource manager for this group, I have tried various methods of getting everything the schools need. I have personally approached and dealt with different companies on an individual basis. I have also tried buying things through local agents in Kenya.

I was introduced to Mallory International Ltd via a mutual friend in 2006. I quickly discovered how much easier my job became when I was able to use such an efficient supplier.

The advantages of using Mallory are many. Everything is extremely well packed so always arrives undamaged. The boxes are clearly labeled and the supporting paperwork is easy to follow and very informative.

Throughout the whole ordering process I am kept fully informed so that I am always able to tell the schools when their goods will arrive or why they won’t. An example of this is if a book is no longer in print I will be informed. I am kept in constant email contact at every stage and any questions I may have are immediately answered.

I particularly like the personal touch to their otherwise completely professional approach. I have been visited in Kenya and any suggestions or requests I have subsequently made have always been followed up. Mallory are continually looking for ways to improve and I feel my ideas are valued and I also feel that the company has my best interests at heart. If they know a cheaper way to get an ordered item, they will use it even though it may mean extra work on their behalf. And if a book is no longer available, they will research and inform me of suggested alternatives.

I am under constant pressure to order items through local agents who keep offering ‘special deals’. However I have no intention of changing as I find Mallory international Ltd is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.
