::: Julian Hardinge
Julian Hardinge has been Chairman and Chief Executive of Mallory International since June 2002.
He has been involved in export bookselling for over 25 years, and has chaired both the Export and the
College and University Groups of the Booksellers Association. He has been Chairman of Batch.co.uk,
the UK Book Trade's payment allocation and clearing system. He has sat on the Knowledge and Information
Advisory Committee of the British Council, and was a Director of Book Tokens Ltd for 20 years.
He is honorary Vice-President for Life of the Booksellers Association, and is the bookselling
representative on the International Board of the Publishers Association of the United Kingdom.

::: Ulrike Hardinge
Ulrike Hardinge has twenty years' experience of export bookselling. She ran the Journals Department and
later the Overseas Books operations of the Osiandersche Buchhandel in Tuebingen, Germany for many years,
and subsequently headed the automation unit of the Library Supply Division at John Smith & Son in Glasgow.
She leads the tertiary supply operations of Mallory International, and is in charge of the company's systems
and automation development.

::: Jacky Beauchamp
Jacky Beauchamp joined Mallory International in June 2009, and is in charge of journal subscriptions and consolidation.
She is the main contact point for any questions relating to the pricing and supply of periodicals.

::: Hannah Binnie
Hannah Binnie started at Mallory International in July 2009, and handles customer service matters within our projects and tenders unit.

::: Bethany Coleman
Bethany joined the Company in September 2008, from Exeter University. Her degree is in French, in which she is fluent. She looks after a range of customers in East Africa, including both secondary and tertiary institutions.

::: Rachel Dickson
Rachel joined Mallory International in 2006 with a BA Hons in Hispanic Studies and after two years with us took a year's break in Mexico. She rejoined Mallory in 2009 as our school supplies executive and has been responsible for developing the educational resources side of the business, building relationships with suppliers and coordinating the School Books Manager database. She is fluent in Spanish.

::: Jill Dixon
Jill has worked for Mallory since July 2008. She is a trained librarian/documentalist, with substantial experience of academic and educational library supply, and adds significantly to the skills in the business. Jill is working mostly in the development of our growing International Schools business, including the sourcing and supply of non-book materials.

::: Philip Faulkner
Philip Faulkner is the Warehouse Manager, responsible for all aspects of quality control and management in our Goods Inwards and Dispatch. He joined Mallory in November 2006.

::: Sophie Hardinge-Walsh
Sophie joined the Company in October 2007. She has substantial experience of Africa, including 4 years working for an NGO (Azafady) in Madagascar. She also helped manage a large secondary project for Mallory in Malawi in 2005. She is in charge of development of secondary and international schools products, and is the main senior contact for customers in West Africa.

Alison Osborne is our Accounts manager, and deals with Supplier and Customer payments, receivables and reconciliations.

::: Sylvain Pasquier
Sylvain joined the Company in September 2008, with business qualifications in both France and the UK. He is developing particular responsibilities for liaison in francophone Africa.

::: Mathieu Peligry
Mathieu joined Mallory International in March 2009. He has business qualifications in both France and the UK. As well as looking after customers in Uganda, he is responsible for our website updates.

::: Sancha Rees
Sancha Rees joined Mallory in September 2003. She is the key contact for non-tender book quotations and fulfilment, particularly in Ethiopia, but also in other countries in anglophone Africa. She also plays a major role in the preparation and fulfilment of major tenders.

Chris Wardale joined the Mallory team in September 2004. He is responsible for maintenance of our network and IT hardware, and also finds time to deal with a range of customers in Europe and elsewhere.
